What began as a small funded programme has grown into a community where people find balance, confidence, and each other.
Peer support and community for teenage and young mothers in Shrewsbury. Jodi started it from her own experience of needing it, and it carries on through every stage of motherhood, so that no young mum is doing it on her own.
Peer support for people and families coping with loss. Shane built it out of her own grief after losing both her sons. More than 900 people have been to its sessions, and it works for the reason she started it: the support comes from people who have walked the same road.
