Accessibility

Last updated: 31 July 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this site. The organisations in this partnership exist to bring people in, and a website that shut people out would be an odd way to say so.

What we aim for. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means text you can read without straining, colours with enough contrast behind them, everything reachable with a keyboard, and pages that make sense to a screen reader.

What we have actually done. We have been through the whole site twice, looking specifically at colour contrast, at whether everything works with a keyboard, and at what a screen reader is told. We fix what we find. Checking like this catches a lot and it does not catch everything, which is why the next paragraph matters.

If something does not work for you, please tell us. Email [email protected] and say what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We will fix what we can, and if we cannot fix something quickly we will tell you honestly and find another way to get you what you needed.
